Romantic Zone

Down Town | Centre

Amapas | Conchas Chinas
On the southern board of Puerto Vallarta, just behind the famous Los Muertos Beach and the new pier, you will find the upscale residential neighborhoods of Amapas and Conchas Chinas. Located on both sides of the highway, enjoying either the whitest beaches of the bay or the best panoramic ocean views.
South Shore
All the way to Mismaloya, the homes of the Zona Hotelera Sur hug the beach or overlook it from cliff-side aeries. South of El Tuito, Cabo Corrientes hides tiny towns and gorgeous, untrammeled beaches. Perfect for those who are really looking to get away from it all and embrace the "mex-experience".
Hotel Zone | Versalles
The Hotel Zone hosts modern sky-scrapers with exclusive oceanfront condominiums, offering spectacular ocean views over Banderas Bay having all amenities at hand. Versalles is located at the backdrop producing an "Old Vallarta" meets "New Vallarta" feel with a great mix of different residences, becoming the new hotspot in town.
Marina Vallarta | Fluvial
Marina Vallarta is a beachfront community and one of the fanciest neighborhoods in town. It functions almost as a self-sustainable entity, where you can find absolutely everything you may need. Another nearby and prominent area is Fluvial, a modern incarnation in quality residential properties.
Nueva Vallarta | Bucerias
Nuevo Vallarta is one of the fastest growing beach communities in Mexico. The countryside is composed mainly of vast golf courses, exclusive condos and houses, marinas with miles of golden beaches. Just further north you will find Bucerias. A small attractive town with 5-mile long beach of soft sand and calm waves.
La Cruz | Punta de Mita
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, is another small fishing village, west of Bucerias on the way to Punta de Mita. It now hosts a brand new, world-class marina and the resulting development putting it on the map. Punta de Mita is nestled within a 1,500-acre private peninsula, where heavenly dreams of idyllic tropical homes turn to reality.
